TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DELIVERY

All jewellery comes presented in a beautiful Ana Herranz Jewellery box. A handwritten gift message can be added at no extra cost.

Jewellery held in stock is dispatched within 3 working days. Made to order and personalised items will usually take longer to be made and hallmarked, please contact me for timings. Do get in touch if you need anything by a certain date and I will do my utmost to get it to you on time.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Free collection from my studio in Morningside, Edinburgh.

Recorded delivery: please note this is not an insured option and I cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged parcels sent using this method.

Next day dispatch with Royal Mail Special next day delivery £8: tracked and signed.  Order will be posted the following day once the order has been received. This service is insured to the value of £500. Delivery is by 1 pm on the next working day following dispatch.

International orders

Europe £10 tracked and signed.

Canada & US £15 tracked and signed

Rest of the World £20 flat rate

RETURNS

If you need to return something please contact me first stating the reason for the return within 14 days of purchase. I am happy to refund or exchange any items (except earrings for hygiene reasons) providing they are in the original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, delivery costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.

Please ensure adequate packaging when returning an item, post it using Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent, and insure it to the retail value.

Returns are sent at the expense of the customer and the customer is liable for any tax and duties payable outside the UK, unless the item is faulty.

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. I won’t be able to make any changes to the order if goods have already been dispatched. 

All customized and personalised pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
